By joining the TBF Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
TBF reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Affiliate Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Participation is limited to individuals or entities approved by TBF.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral links, as specified in the program.
Commissions are paid according to the schedule set by TBF.
Referral Tracking
Sales are tracked using unique affiliate links or codes. TBF is not responsible for lost referrals due to technical issues outside its control.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote TBF products ethically and legally. Misleading advertising, spamming, or unauthorized use of TBF intellectual property is prohibited.
Payment Terms
Commissions are paid only for verified and completed sales. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will reduce or void affiliate commissions. Payments are issued via the method specified in the affiliate account.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use TBF branding, logos, and marketing materials only as provided by TBF and strictly for promoting the program. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Termination
TBF may terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or inactivity. Commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid according to the program terms.
Limitation of Liability
TBF is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Privacy
Affiliate information is subject to TBF’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used only for program management and commission payment.
