By purchasing a TBF product, the customer automatically agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Preços e IVA
Todos os preços apresentados no website incluem IVA à taxa legal em vigor em Portugal.
Payments
Full payment must be completed before production begins.
No item will be designed or reserved without payment confirmation.
Payment confirmation initiates the order creation process.
Faturação
O cliente poderá solicitar fatura com Número de Identificação Fiscal (NIF) durante o processo de checkout, através do formulário de compra disponibilizado no website.
Após emissão da fatura, não será possível alterar os dados fiscais inseridos.
Customization & Copyright
TBF sells custom physical products, not standalone digital designs.
Illustrations are exclusive to the purchased item and may not be reused independently.
The customer receives the final productbut does not acquire rights to the design files or creative process.
Cancellations
Personalized orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been approved or sent to production.
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase..
After these timeframes or once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Design Changes
Design changes are possible before final customer approval or before the order is sent to production.
